Beauty in Death
Join us for Beauty in Death, our second art exhibition celebrating the death to summer. Through the eyes of local artists, this show invites us to find beauty in the unexpected—and to contemplate the stories that remain after life has passed.
The show will remain open to the public to view until November 7th.
Readings with Brittany
This Saturday is Beauty in Death in the gallery with 13 artists showing their souls to you. And while you take in all the art, artist Brittany Caldwell will be offering tarot card readings—so you can discover what the cards have to reveal as you wander through the gallery.
Monsters on Main
It’s that time of year and Grey Phoenix is getting ready for one of their holiday favorites! Starting at 12pm Grey will be passing out goodies and also having the studio open with a limited number of small pumpkins to paint with acrylic markers! Stop by and say boo!
The Artists Collective Meetup
Join us this Thursday, Sept 17 for lantern making at @greyphoenixart! Some supplies will be available for use, feel free to bring your own.

Free! Trash Puppet Making Workshop!
Artist, Rachel Hartman is collaborating with Rabbitfoot Puppetry and Kerfuffle on an exciting new show, The Dinosaur of Lake Michigan! The production will be performed throughout the Chicago Park District, accompanied by free trash-puppet-making workshops.

Third Thursday Collective Meetup
Join us May 21 at 7pm for the Collective's Artists meet up! We will be making handmade sketchbooks or journals. Some supplies will be available but feel free to bring paper and thick thread.

Prairie Avenue Business Event!
The Village will be hosting a few ribbon cuttings for new business opened on Prairie Avenue. Grey Phoenix Art Studio being one of them! More info to come!
The Collective Third Thursday
Come hang with some local artists and play with clay. Bring your own, or use some clay that will be provided. We will also have some limited tools to use. A small donation to the studio to keep these going if you need supplies would be much appreciated.

This month we will get together March 19 and make protest signs and stickers for the No Kings Protest happening on March 28. We will have many supplies including sticker making. Please bring your own cardboard!

WE’RE OFFICIALLY OPEN IN FEBRUARY! But we want to party with all local artists! Come check out our space, see the art in our gallery space. Family friendly event! Kids will be able to make a masterpiece of their own to take home.
