If you love comics and you’ve always wanted to create your own or want to make another one, then this 3 part series is for you! Artists will explore the work of contemporary cartoonists and then develop their own comics. We’ll concentrate on characters, backgrounds, narrative and drawing style as they create a multi-page story book. No prior drawing experience necessary!

Comic Book Series | Tuedays Sessions 4:30-6pm | Max 12 artists

Prepare to embark on your own comic adventure! In this class, children will conceptualize original characters, craft thrilling narratives, and manifest their ideas onto the page. Throughout the process, they will uncover their distinctive storytelling voice while acquiring enjoyable drawing techniques to elevate their artwork from preliminary sketches to completed illustrations. By the conclusion, students will be adeptly narrating stories through visuals, merging creativity and expertise to construct their own unique worlds.

Cancellations / Refunds

Cancelation Policy for classes - Cancelations for special circumstances with the exception of illness, exposure, or weather, can be requested and reviewed. No-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking. Should we need to reschedule, there will be a 10% admin fee. 

Please contact Terri Angarone at 708-968-5130 if you need to cancel. No refunds or credits can be granted for students missing classes due to illness, family conflicts, inclement weather, etc. However, if an instructor needs to cancel a class or session, then enrolled students will be credited for another class, or refunded in full.
